i have struggled with stress, digestive issues, and lack of concentration and focus (just to name a few!) this dvd makes me feel amazing. i am more calm, clear, and generally feel a lot healthier and happier. if you want to feel better on all levels : mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual, i highly recommend it!
